Honda Jazz vs Mercedes A Class
Me: I heard that your housemate (a.k.a. boyfriend), Pharmacist, bought a new Mercedes A Class.
AJ Colleague: Yeah. He was deciding between a Honda Jazz and a Mercedes A Class. I told him not to get a Honda Jazz as it would remind me of you. So he got the Mercedes instead.
Honda Jazz is $21k and Mercedes A Class is $49k!! I wish I could make decisions like that.

reminds me of one of the doctors i work with. he was deciding between suzuki swift and alfa GT.
and my dad, deciding between audi a3 and hyundai lantra.
but it really isn't about money. you buy a car based on its merits. which is why my parents have owned such a broad range of cars - from suzukis to daihatsus to jaguars and mercs.
i see nothing wrong with choosing between the a-class and jazz. i personally would have gone with the jazz.

if he had $49K he wouldn't be considering an A-Class or a Jazz... he'd be considering other higher-end small cars.
